NY Mets vs. LA Dodgers (Under 9.5)
(MLB) NY Mets vs. LA Dodgers,
Total: 9.50 | -106.00 Under
Result: Loss
This may not be the sexiest bet on paper, but after these teams put a combined 27 runners on base last night, I'm betting there's far less action on the basepaths this afternoon. Aside from the quick turnaround, I'm more bullish on a pitcher's duel than most.

Mets SP José Buttó has been excellent in his two starts, holding the Tigers and Royals to one run on five hits with 15 Ks total in 12.0 combined innings. NY's bullpen has been sharp (2.82 ERA and 1.11 WHIP), as well.

Dodgers SP Gavin Stone didn't get off to a great start but responded in his last outing vs. San Diego (two runs on five hits in 6.2 IP). As long as he can give LA similar length today, he should handle a Mets lineup that's powerful but is due for some pullback, as it has been red-hot for about two straight weeks.
