Penn State has hit the under in seven of their nine games played this season and Purdue has been blanked twice in their last three games. I don't expect much offense from them, especially against Penn State's defense who held Washington to six points last week and Ohio State to only 20 points the week before. The Nittany Lions usually score between 27-35 points per game, and I don't think Purdue can do enough to help hit the over. With a potential blowout in the works, I expect the run game to take center stage and drain the clock in the second half.
