I feel like this is a steal to take Oregon with the points here. Wisconsin is 3-6 ATS this season and Oregon has won by at least 20 points in their last eight games except for Ohio State. Wisconsin managed only 13 points against Penn State two weeks ago, and even if they hit 20 against Oregon, I feel comfortable that Oregon can put up 35+, as they have done the last four weeks in a row.
