SD starter Joe Musgrove has been outstanding, posting Quality Starts in all 12 of his games. The Padres are 11-1 in his starts and have covered the Run Line in nine of them. Suarez likely won't go long and that should give us at least four cracks at this Phillies bullpen that could generously be described as "inconsistent."
