Tampa starter Taj Bradley came up in May and was having a great season with a 2.43 ERA and a 1.02 WHIP. Then the wheels fell off. Starting with his July 31st start, he has recorded an 8.92 ERA and a 1.67 WHIP. In those starts, the Rays have given up an average of 6.5 runs per game.

Meanwhile, despite his 2.90 ERA, Phillies hurler Rangers Suarez has been a lot better on the road and has really struggled lately in Philly, giving up 14ERs in his last three starts, covering just 14.2 innings.

With this pitching matchup, I expect to see plenty of runs from each side, making this number very questionable.
