The Baltimore left-hander has an 11.92 ERA in last three starts overall and has been crushed by the Blue Jays each of the last two times he faced them. Toronto's Manoah has been better in his last two starts but got hammered here at Baltimore in the start that preceded that and he will now be facing them for the 3rd time in about a 3 week span.
