This will be the 3rd meeting of the season and the O/U’s in the first two games were 213.5 and 219.5. Those two games finished with 219 and 216 total points. This number opened 224.5 and was immediately hit by the Sharps with Under money forcing a move to the current number of 223. In the most recent meeting on January 26th these two teams shot well above their season averages with the Bulls hitting 55% of their field goal attempts and the Raptors shooting 48%. In their last three games the Bulls have faced some of the league's worst defensive teams and put up 122 or more points against the Spurs, Blazers and Magic, who all rank in the bottom 10 of the NBA in DEFF. Toronto is down slightly this year in terms of DEFF ranking 17th but in their last five games they’ve been much better, ranking 10th in points allowed per possession. Chicago is 15th or average in pace of play this season, the Raptors are the 3rd slowest.
