Longhorns (+) over Razorbacks- It is only fitting that these two 6-6 former Southwest Conference rivals meet in the Houston at the Texas Bowl as neither of them expected to be playing during the bowls season. Arkansas was 4-5 after a loss to Mississippi State while Texas was 3-5 before winning three straight to become bowl eligible. Both clubs have excellent defenses and offenses that rely on the ground game and this should be a bit of a slugfest as this will an example of power football. With the Longhorns having a slight home crowd advantage I'll take the points. Take TEXAS!
