Syracuse is worn down physically and it certainly don't figure to be sharp mentally.




Syracuse was hit with major sanctions yesterday following an NCAA investigation. It's going to be extremely difficult for the Orangemen to focus on this game considering all that has happened during the last 24 hours.




The Orangemen also lack incentive. This is their last game as they will not be competing in any tournaments, including the ACC Tournament.




North Carolina State needs a victory here to strengthen its chance of an NCAA Tournament invite. This is its home finale. The Wolfpack have been playing well winning four of their last five. They own victories this season over better teams than Syracuse, including Duke, Louisville, North Carolina and Pittsburgh.




Syracuse is just 2-8-1 ATS the past 11 times going against a foe with winning record. The Orange also are 6-18-2 ATS during their past 26 ACC matchups.
