Gray is one of the best pitchers in the American League. No one in the AL has a lower ERA than Gray's 1.77. The next closest is Felix Hernandez at 1.91.




The Yankees are averaging 2.5 runs in their last nine away contests. They are 1-8 during their past nine road games.




Capuano is a five-inning, journeyman type pitcher who only is in New York's starting rotation due to an injury to Chase Whitley. Capuano hasn't even made it through five innings during his two starts this season for the Yankees. He is 0-2 with a 7.36 ERA. This isn't surprising since Capuano hasn't had a winning record since 2005.
