Stephen Nover's Tuesday Sides Crusher
(NHL) Anaheim vs. Edmonton,
Money Line: 105.00 Edmonton (Home)
Result: Loss
Surprised the Oilers are just a slight underdog to the red-hot Ducks? Don't be. This one sets up well for Edmonton even though Anaheim is 16-4-2 in its last 22 games.

The Ducks are playing in their sixth road game in nine days and fourth in six days. They just beat Calgary, 6-4, last night. The Ducks may have goalie problems in this matchup, too, as John Gibson sat out Monday's victory against the Flames with a head injury. He was replaced by Frederik Andersen. The Ducks could turn to Anton Khudobin, a call-up from San Diego of the American Hockey League, to start this matchup.

The Oilers have had two days to rest and prepare. They are 9-3 the past 12 times when on two days rest. This will be Connor McDavid's eighth game back from a broken clavicle. He's totaled 12 points since his return as the Oilers have averaged three goals per game during this span compared to 2.4 on the season.

Cam Talbot also will be back in the nets for the Oilers after missing their last game this past Saturday with an illness.
