The Sharks have outplayed the Kings in the series. The Kings are fortunate not be down 0-3. San Jose is finally ready - and able - to beat the Kings at home after losing 2-1 in overtime in San Jose to LA two nights ago.
The Sharks have more depth than the Kings and are driven by the still fresh memories of blowing a 3-0 series lead to the Kings in the 2014 Stanley Cup playoffs.
Even though the Sharks lead 2-1 they've yet to play their best game. I believe that comes here - at home. The lay price is cheap, too, because of the Sharks' past home failures and their disappointing home record this season. San Jose is 11-3 the past 14 times it has played a foe with a winning record.
A lot is made of the Sharks' poor home mark, but the Kings have dropped five of their last seven road games.
