The Sharks are getting better as their series against the Predators continues with this Game 6. San Jose turned in its best performance of the series in burying Nashville, 5-1, at home this past Saturday. The Sharks are 5-0 the past five times after scoring five or more goals in their last game.

San Jose was the best road team in hockey this season going 28-10-2-1. The Sharks have won 19 of their past 26 away contests for a winning percentage of 73 percent.

The Sharks ranked in the top four in goals per game and in power play goals this season. The Predators have the worst percentage of any team left in the Stanley Cup playoffs scoring just four power play goals in 44 chances this postseason.

Nashville also isn't as fresh as San Jose. The Predators were taken to seven games during their first round series versus Anaheim. So this will be their 13th game in 25 days. The Sharks, on the other hand, are in action for the 11th time in the last 26 days.
