Often times in a Game 7 teams play a tight-checking, conservative game. I don't see that happening here, though.

Both the Predators and Sharks know their best style is an offensive approach. So I expect both teams to be aggressive. That approach has worked much of the season for the Sharks, who ranked fourth in goals scored. That style worked well, too, for Nashville in its 4-3 Game 6 overtime win. The Predators fired off 27 shots after the first period and were in attack mode from the second period on dominating the action.

Nashville has scored four goals in three of its last four games. The Sharks have scored 13 goals in three home games versus the Predators. The Sharks haven't been able to slow down Nashville's line of Mike Fisher, James Neal and Colin Wilson. They've accounted for 15 points during the last four games.

The Predators are 6-0-1 to the over the last seven times when playing on one day's rest. San Jose hasn't gone under the total in its last eight games.
