Martin Perez can't pitch on the road, and 32-year-old Doug Fister is out of gas. So I'm expecting double-digit runs to be scored at hitter-friendly Minute Maid Park tonight.

These are two solid offenses, too. The Rangers rank seventh in runs scored while the Astros are 12th.

Perez is 2-8 with a 6.00 ERA in 14 road starts this season. He has a 4.85 ERA in two starts versus the Astros this season.

Fister has a 10.95 ERA in his last three starts giving up 26 hits and five walks in just 12 1/3 innings during this span with only three strikeouts. The right-hander has a 5.18 ERA in 14 career outings against the Rangers, including posting a 4.57 ERA in four starts versus Texas this season.

The over has cashed in eight of the Rangers' last nine games versus a righty starter.
