Obviously it's a nice plus if Devin Booker - he of the recent 70-point game - can play after missing the Suns' last game this past Tuesday, which was a four-point road loss to the Hawks. But I like the Suns at this high of a spread regardless if Booker plays or not.
The Clippers have been far from elite since the All-Star break going just 10-10. LA just beat off a far tougher challenge, defeating the Wizards, 133-124, last night at home.
The Clippers don't figure to be as motivated here and have a horrible track record versus bad teams. They are 1-9 ATS the past 10 times versus sub .500 opponents. LA also has failed to cover 12 of the last 16 times on the road versus foes with a losing home mark.
The Suns are going with youth. The plus to that is younger, fresh legs and what should be an all-out effort with futures at stake and triple revenge motivation as the Clippers won the first three games of the series this season.
