I don't see a starting pitching matchup of Anthony DeSclafani versus Gio Gonzalez slowing down these offenses.

DeSclafani shouldn't be in a big league starting rotation with the way he's pitching. He has a 9.00 ERA during his last three starts allowing 12 runs on 16 hits, including five homers, in 12 innings. The Over has cashed in seven of his last eight starts.

Streaky Bryce Harper is 11-for-27 with 11 RBI's in his last eight games.

Gonzalez began the year in excellent form, but has tailed way off since then. Since May 28, Gonzalez has had an ERA of 5.94. The Over is 12-3-1 in the Reds' last 16 road contests.

The Over should get a boost, too, from the home plate umpire and weather conditions with the wind blowing out to left at 10 mph. Scheduled home plate Manny Gonzalez has had 72 percent of his last 57 games behind the plate go Over.

The two teams have gone Over in five of their last six games at Nationals Park, too.
