I like the Red Wings in a bounce back spot here after they blew a 2-0 lead and lost 3-2 to the Islanders at home on Saturday.

Detroit is tougher and much improved this season. The Red Wings are 3-3 in their last six games with one of the losses coming in a shootout to Tampa Bay after they leading 5-3.

The Kings are tied with the Blackhawks for the fewest points in the NHL. They are last in scoring averaging 2.2 goals a game. Yet the Kings are coming off an impressive 5-1 home victory against the Golden Knights this past Saturday.

Now, though, the Kings go back on the road where they have lost 12 of the past 16 times.

The Red Wings have added incentive having lost 4-2 to the Kings in LA during their first road game of the season.
