Zach Davies has been one of the hottest pitchers and he has a now rested Josh Hader in the bullpen. Davies has allowed two earned runs in his last four starts spanning 23 1/3 innings. His ERA during this span is 0.77.

Tanner Roark is not in Davies' class. This is the fourth time this season the Brewers get to face Roark, who has a 4.24 ERA versus Milwaukee. He has surrendered four homers to the Brewers in 17 innings.

While Hader has the capability of pitching two quality innings in relief, the Reds are unsettled at closer as Raisel Iglesias has given up five runs in his last three appearances spanning 2 2/3 innings, including surrendering three homers.
