Eflin has yet to prove himself special. Braves starter Ian Anderson has. Anderson gave a glimpse into his high ceiling during his rookie season last year going 3-2 with a 1.95 ERA with 41 strikeouts in 32 1/3 innings. The Phillies have never faced him.
