Baseball is about streaks. When to ride them, when to get off. Right now the Indians are worth hopping aboard having won nine of their last 11 games, including the past five.

The Reds have scored two or fewer runs in three of their last four games. They have a couple of key injuries with Joey Votto out due to a broken thumb and Nick Castellanos questionable because of back tightness. The timing is especially bad for the Reds with those injuries since they are on the road against an American League team where the DH is in play. 

The buy sign is on Zach Plesac following his last two starts. Plesac held the Twins and White Sox to a .170 batting average while posting a 2.03 ERA. His velocity and confidence are back.

The Indians draw veteran Wade Miley, who has been solid up to this point with a 2.67 ERA. Miley, though, had his worst performance of the season against the Indians during a 6-3 loss on April 18. Miley gave up two homers and four earned runs in five innings during a 6-3 defeat. Miley's career mark versus Cleveland is 1-4 with a 4.95 ERA in eight starts.

The Reds have lost 75 percent of the time as an interleague underdog the past 100 times going 25-75.
