There are reasons why 11 of East Carolina's last 15 games have gone Over. The Pirates play up-tempo, have a good veteran QB in Holton Ahlers and a terrible defense that ranks 127th in yards allowed.

Tulane also is far better on offense than defense. The Green Wave average 36.5 points, but surrender 37.3 points a game.

This should be a fast-paced game where offenses totally dominate.
