Only once since May 2 have the Astros lost consecutive games. They are heavy favorites here - as they should be - so I'm getting involved with the Astros on the run line.
Houston has monster edges all the way around, including starting pitching where Framber Valdez goes against Jonathan Heasley.
Valdez is 5-2 with a 2.57 ERA. He's on a great roll winning his last four starts while posting a 1.76 ERA in those outings, which have spanned 30 2/3 innings.
Heasley is 0-2 with a 4.66 ERA and hideous 1.76 WHIP.
