This is an early buy-low opportunity with Penn after the Quakers lost on the road to Iona, 78-50, this past Monday. The Quakers were ice cold making only 3-of-25 shots from 3-point range. 

Penn is better than it looked in that game. The Quakers have a veteran team and were picked to win the Ivy League in a preseason media poll. 
Missouri didn't look good either in its first game under new coach Dennis Gates. The Tigers defeated Southern Indiana, a Division I newcomer, 97-91 as a 19 1/2-point home favorite this past Monday. 

The Tigers have a new roster. So many things have to be worked out on their end. Gates' priority is finding the right rotation, not going all out to cover a double-digit spread.
