Tennessee Tech buried Eastern Illinois, 70-49, when the teams met earlier this season. The Golden Eagles aren't 21 points better than the Panthers. But they definitely are the superior team. So I'm playing them on the money line.

Eastern Illinois has lost nine of its last 11 games. The Panthers aren't good in any category. They are particularly bad at the free throw line. So I see this as a cheap way to fade a very bad team.
