The Connecticut Sun just may be the third-best team in the WNBA. But they are a very distant third behind the Las Vegas Aces and New York Liberty, who are the two top teams by far.

The Sun are not dominant like the Aces and Liberty and this is a bad spot for them.

Connecticut just hosted the Aces for two games. The Sun upset the Aces, 94-77, in their last game this past Thursday. That dealt the Aces their first loss of the year and was a huge revenge win for the Sun. They lost in the WNBA Championship Finals to Las Vegas last season.

The Sun are 0-3-1 ATS following a win. This marks their fifth game in eight days.

Rested Atlanta is in action for only the third time in nine days. The Dream have been home all month. They were beaten, 106-83, by the Liberty this past Friday. Atlanta is 4-0 ATS following a loss.

The Dream are the fourth-highest scoring team in the league. They rank first in 3-point shooting and are a better free throwing shooting team than Connecticut.
