Come June the defending champion Spurs could very well be the team to beat again. But no team has been playing better right now than the 5-0 Rockets. The Rockets have played an easy schedule, but have dominated becoming the first team to open the season 5-0 by scoring 100 or more points while holding the opposition under 100 points in each game.

The Rockets are highly motivated to prove themselves to the Spurs. They catch San Antonio off a hard-fought two point home victory achieved last night against the Hawks in which Tim Duncan and Tony Parker played major minutes. Gregg Popovich isn't going to play those two aged veterans major minutes tonight.

The Spurs aren't playing nearly as well as Houston. This is the time for the Rockets to shine.
