The price seems a little low when you consider that the Rangers are 5-2 as road favorites and they covered the runline in four of those five wins. The Rangers are 1-6 in Andrew Heaney's starts this season, but Heaney has posted a respectable 2.84 ERA in his last three starts while Rockies' starter Ryan Feltner has a 6.11 ERA in his last three starts.
