So based on the line, it looks like the bookmakers are projecting a pitcher's duel here in Seattle. While both these starters have great overall numbers, I think when you dig deeper there are some additional concerns.

Garrett Crochet will toe the slab for the Sox, and he's 2-2 with a 4.80 ERA in six starts on the road. Given the Sox position in the standings, young arms like Crochet are likely to be limited for the remainder of the season as far as innings.

The Mariners will hand the ball to Luis Castillo, who is 3-3 with a 2.95 ERA in seven home starts.

Seattle is 6-1 in the last seven head to head meetings, scoring over six runs per game in those contests.
