Taking NORTH CAROLINA here. So we have the lower seed favored over the higher seed. A lower 'ranked' team favored over the higher team. You know I don't put much stock into those numbers. But for the gambling public, people see rankings and numbers and then they lose their common sense. NC could be without Meeks a 12ppg scorer and are still favored.
