Taking TAMPA BAY here. Ramirez has been one of the best in baseball lately. 8-2 his last 11 starts since moving into the rotation with a 2.12 ERA his last 15 games and a .91 WHIP. I do like Dickey. I do. But he hasn't been sharp. Toronto has an explosive offense. But the fact is that this guy is 3-10 with a line-up like this behind him. Rays 8-4 last 12 here.
