Taking CAL here. These guys are my surprise PAC 12 bunch. They have a top NFL level QB. The defense has improved. Now, I am not high on laying points on the road, especially against a program like Texas. Even though the Longhorns have been down, they still get players. That being said, it will take HC Charlie Strong to get Texas back to top-flight status. Bears HC Dykes has a couple years under his belt in Berkley, and has his players. I had Texas vs ND and they were destroyed. They came home and took care of business vs Rice. Rice? Come on. Cal is not ND, but they are much better than the Owls. 4* Money Maker CAL BEARS
