Taking the GIANTS here. Week 3 and NYG are in circle the wagon mode at home vs the Redskins. That is what happens when you blow to double digit leads late, and I mean LATE in the 4th quarter of games. People want to blame Eli for that fumble vs the Falcons. Was he playing defense? Atlanta proceeded to move from their own 9, 91 yards! for a TD! Then the Falcons go 70 yards to take the lead. Granted, at that point the air is out of the Giants sail. That being said. Short week. At home. MUST win in every sense of the word. MLB Beason should be back and that is a big boost for the defense. So, the Redskins. I had faded them week 1, cashed with them week 2. That was a gift win for me backing Miami. Redskins out-played them. Then they beat the Rams. But, off of a big win at home over Seattle, a let-down was imminent. Cousins vs Eli. Really a no-brainer for me. Cousins is something like 2-8 SU as an NFL starter. Winning on the road is touch as is. But a short week. Historically, this has been where home teams dominate.
