Going UNDER the total here. We get a pair of pretty good strike out pitchers off poor outings. We know all about Matt Scherzer. Guy is a beast. Hasn't been all that impressive to start the year though. And on the other side we have the youngster, Vince Velasquez. He has been mowing down hitters to the tune of a .72 WHIP with 29 Ks in 19 innings. The Phillies aren't a slugging bunch. And I think Scherzer gets on track with a big game tonight. Harper is off to a historic start, but I think the kid has solid performance tonight. 4* Total Money UNDER Phils/Nats
