Taking the ORIOLES here. Kevin Gausman deserves better. Guy is rocking a 3 ERA. 0-1 in 5 starts. Poor kid has given up 10 earned runs and can't find a win. I think the Baltimore bats can muster some offense tonight against Matt Shoemaker. Shoemaker lowered his ERA nearly an entire half a run by giving up only 3 runs in 5 innings last game. A respectable 8.49 ERA coupled with a .328 BA against and 1.85 WHIP has have to have the O's sluggers licking their chops tonight. Plus Shoemaker has been absolutely abused pitching at home this year. A 14.40 ERA in 3 starts lasting just 10 innings allowing 20 hits and 17 runs. That translates to a .417 BA against and WHIP of 2.70. Yikes! Like I said in my pre-season team W/L preview, this Angels team is going to be bad.
