Taking PENN STATE. We have had trouble cashing these lately, but I am sticking to what has worked year in and out for us. That is fading 'ranked' or public teams on the road. PSU is a 12 win club and is getting a couple buckets at home from a 20-3 ranked Maryland team. Terps on a 10-1 ATS run vs Big 10 teams!
