Taking OTTAWA here. Carolina sent up the white flag with their trade and the players now the season is done. Senators battling for seed positioning. And while part of me thinks why is Carolina favored, the recent numbers don't add up. But there is the 13-3 record vs Ottawa that probably makes them a small home fave.
