Going OVER the total here. We are already on the Pens, and I think we will see some goals here. Won't be shocked to see a 4-3 type game. Caps are absolutely desperate here. They will come out firing. Pens, as I said in their write up, have caught plenty of breaks. Or the breaks just haven't gone Washington's way. Either way, Pens getting a nice number with house money. Both teams can score.
