Taking the PANTHERS. I am not a lover of Carolina, but there is not a chance I lay points with Tampa. Panthers have been flat out awful on offense. This is just one of those spots where I have to hold my nose and play the ugly dog. 10-10-13-13-15 points for them. Yet Tampa can't be favored by at least a TD?
