(MLB) Astros (HOU) vs. Orioles (BAL),
Money Line: -116.00 Astros (HOU) (Away)
Result: Loss
Taking the ASTROS tonight. I will be looking to fade the Orioles from here on out. We had them on Thursday night also. I think Baltimore is really going to continue their slide. The pitching is just not there. No depth. And the bullpen to me, not that great. Houston doing what it does. It has been to 6 straight ALCS for a reason. They just find ways to win. They have buried the Mariners behind them after trailing them by 10 games. Now, a healthy 5 game lead and Seattle still hasn't found their swing. Baltimore is 22-22 since the start of July, up and down. Houston is 11-3 since July 31st. One team has found their groove, the other is tripping over itself. Hunter Brown has been great going 10-2 his last 15 starts with a 2.27 ERA over 91 innings of work. A solid August in 3 starts 4 runs in 18 innings of work to the tune of a .98 WHIP and .194 BA Against. After a terrible start to the season that saw his ERA at 9.78 in April, it now sits at 3.82. In his 19 starts since April, he has allowed more than 3 runs just 3 times. Orioles are rolling out 1-6 Cade Povich with his bloated 5.77 ERA and 1.58 WHIP. It gets worse as those numbers rise to 6.12 and 1.70 in his last 7 starts. O's had optioned down to Norfolk to start the month. He has not been good. 4* Money Maker HOUSTON ASTROS
