As Admiral Ackbar said in Return of the Jedi: "It's a trap!" While the money is essentially split down the middle here, I still think this one favors the home side and that it's New England that's getting too much respect.

The Jets didn't look great on the road against San Francisco in Week 1, but they looked a lot better in their 24-17 Week 2 win and cover at Tennessee.

The Pats didn't look terrible in their 23-20 OT home loss to Seattle last week. But they also didn't look great. QB Jacoby Brissett had 270 yards passing.

Aaron Rodgers only had 176 yards in last week's win, but he did have two TD passes. He looked better and more in sync with his offense as the game wore on.

And I think that progression continues in the Jets' first home game of the season. New York's defense came up big down the stretch in the win over Tennessee, with Will McDonald IV posting three sacks.

Don't fall for the trap (the points), and instead take a serious second look at the JETS on Thursday night.
