*HOT 17-6 MLB RUN!* SITUATIONAL MISMTATCH!
(MLB) Minnesota vs. Washington,
Point Spread: 1.50 | -105.00 Washington (Home)
Result: Loss
Point Spread: 1.50 | -105.00 Washington (Home)
Result: Loss
This is an 8* SITUATIONAL MISMATCH on the NATIONALS on the RUNLINE.
The Twins seven game losing streak is going to end soon, but it probably won't be tonight in my opinion.
Washington exploded for a 12-3 win in yesterday's series opener and I think the home side can keep that offensive momentum rolling here.
Minnesota goes with Joe Ryan (2-3, 3.57 ERA), while the home side counters with Patrick Corbin (1-4, 5.59.)
At first glance, Corbin's numbers are putrid, but note that he's conceded three earned runs or less in each of his last three trips to the hill, lowering his ERA from 6.82 to 5.59. He allowed just two earned runs over six innings in an unfortunate 2-0 setback to the White Sox on Wednesday.
Ryan was shelled for four runs over five innings in a loss to the Yanks on Thursday.
I think WASHINGTON has a legit shot at winning outright, but the value here in my opinion lies in grabbing the home side on the RUNLINE OPTION.
Good luck, NP
