This is an 8* MID-CHALK CHOKE-OUT on the Vancouver Canucks.

For a number of different reasons, I think the hungry Canucks will take advantage of this tired Flames club. I bet on Calgary last night, but the Flames would come up short, losing 2-1 to Dallas, pushing the team's losing streak to seven. I rarely play against a team that I was on the night before, but the home side comes in equally as motivated after losing five straight. And if history is any precedence, then the Canucks have to be loving their chances as Calgary has lost eight straight in the series, while also losing seven straight to Vancouver. And from a trend based stand point, this play is extremely strong, as note that the Flames are a poor 6-8 (-1.2 units) this year in revenging a loss vs. an opponent, while the Canucks are 6-4 (+1.2 units) after a loss by two goals or more in their previous contest. A plethora of favorable factors and trends collide making this a price I can live with paying; play on VANCOUVER.
