AAA's 10* NON-CONF TOTAL OF YEAR (231-169 +$45,850 NBA s/ 2013!)
(NBA) Philadelphia vs. Golden State,
Total: 207.50 | -105.00 Under
Result: Win
This is a 10* NON-CONFERENCE TOTAL OF THE YEAR on the OVER between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Golden State Warriors.

While neither of these teams has been playing to many high-scoring affairs of late, I think that trend changes today and expect this total to eclipse the posted number as the game comes down the stretch. As far as records are concerned, this is a matchup between the leagues worst and best teams. Golden State though has looked pretty average of late, it's split it's last six games with all three losses coming on the road. The Warriors avoided a third-straight defeat though in Saturday's 110-97 win over the Wolves, the opener of a six-game homestand. The Warriors are 11-1 in Oakland and have won by an average plus-12.6 scoring differential, both the best marks in the league: "Obviously we love our home court. It's been great for us all season long," forward David Lee assessed last night. "To get home for six straight home games is very important." This is the fifth stop on a seven-game trip for Philadelphia, it started off with back-to-back wins over the Magic and the Heat, but has since dropped games in Portland and Utah by a combined 38 points. However take note that the 76ers have seen the total go OVER the number in nine of 14 this year vs. teams with winning records. And note that the Warriors have seen the total sail above the posted number in 13 of their last 21 when playing with two or more days of rest. I think the writing is on the wall and a shootout is in the cards, after taking all of the above situational, motivational and trend based factors into consideration, in my opinion the sharp move here is indeed on the OVER.
