AAA's American League "ASSASSIN!"
(MLB) Tampa Bay vs. Seattle,
Money Line: -162.00 Seattle (Home)
Result: Win
This is a 7* ASSASSIN on the Seattle Mariners.

Felix Hernandez (8-2, 2.63 ERA) is coming off ultra-rare back-to-back poor performances at home and suffice it to say, I look for this perennial Cy Young candidate to come in highly focused tonight. His team has been anemic at the plate of late and has lost seven straight, but there's no better time (or opponent!) than now to get untracked. A date vs. the Rays is just what the doctor ordered for "The King," he's 6-2 with a 1.94 ERA over 14 starts vs. Tampa Bay after scattering four hits during a 3-0 road win back on May 27th (note, Hernandez has in fact not given up a run in three of his last four starts against the Rays and none through 16 of the last two). This sets up as a classic letdown spot for Tampa as well in my opinion, it's won four straight and six of its last seven. The Rays hand the ball to Alex Colome (3-2, 5.05 ERA) who gave up five runs over six innings in Monday's 7-3 loss to the Angels; note that Colome is just 1-1 with a ballooned 6.28 ERA in three road starts this year. This is one of the biggest pitching mis-matches on the board today, so much so in my opinion that I do indeed have no issues whatsoever in laying this larger price, play on the MARINERS.
