AAA's 10* American League "ASSASSIN!"
(MLB) Houston vs. Chi White Sox,
Money Line: -143.00 Chi White Sox (Home)
Result: Win
This is a 10* ASSASSIN on the Chicago White Sox.

This is a major pitching mismatch, making this a price that I have no problem at all in laying. Houston has lost four straight and faces White Sox ace Chris Sale (5-2, 3.27 ERA) who enters tonight's outing with 19 2/3's consecutive shutout innings. The southpaw has in fact posted three straight double-digit strikeout efforts and is seeking to become the first White Sox pitcher to post four straight double-digit strikeout totals ever. And that's bad news for the Astros who have struck out an AL-high 531 times this year (note that Sale has 33 K's in 24 innings in three career starts against Houston as well). The visitors counter with Lance McCullers (2-0, 1.88 ERA) who has looked pretty darn good for a rookie, but who gave up two runs over a season-low 4 1/3's innings to the White Sox on May 29th. As good as McCullers has looked over two games, obviously the book is still out on the young hurler. We do know however what we're getting with the veteran Sale though, who comes into this contest on top form, in my opinion, this is the very definition of "great line value," lay what I feel to be a very reasonable mid-sized price on the WHITE SOX.
