AAA's 10* "RED DRAGON!" (TOP RATED TOTAL TESTS +$23K RUN!)
(NHL) Minnesota vs. Anaheim,
Total: 5.00 | 120.00 Under
Result: Push
This is a 10* RED DRAGON on the OVER between the Minnesota Wild and the Anaheim Ducks.

Anaheim is looking to avoid its longest shutout streak in team history and to finally punch one into the win column, while Minnesota is looking to bounce back from Friday's 2-1 OT loss at previously winless LA. Note that the Ducks have been outscored 10-1 and are looking at their worst start since losing their first five games of 2003. However, there's some room to read between the lines, it's not been from a lack of effort, Anaheim actually outshot the Avs 35-25 in their 3-0 setback: "From fans to players, there is no one in this organization that is happy right now," coach Bruce Boudreau said. "But I did see signs of pulling out of it. I firmly believe if we get one goal, we'll get three or four, but right now it's just such a struggle to score. I've never seen it in my time coaching, and I can't remember it when I was playing, going four games without a forward scoring. It's happening all at once." The Ducks have to be liking their chances that they can finally get untracked though as they've averaged 2.7 goals while winning nine of the last ten in the series, including four of the last five at the Honda Center. All of that said though, clearly Minnesota could care less about Anaheim's issues as it will look to kick this struggling team while its down and to exact a little revenge in the series; one player to keep your eyes on today is the Wild's Zach Parise, who has at least one point in each of his first four games and who has five goals and three assists in his last six vs. the Ducks. Note that Anaheim has seen the total go OVER the number in 19 of its last 29 after scoring one goal or less in its previous contest, while Minnesota has seen the total sail above the posted number in 16 of its last 27 vs. teams with a losing record in the first half of the season. All signs do indeed point to the OVER as the savvy move in this contest.
