AAA's EARLY *Vikes/Bears* BLOCKBUSTER (PERFECT 5-0 L/Sunday!)
(NFL) Minnesota vs. Chicago,
Point Spread: 1.00 | -108.00 Chicago (Home)
Result: Loss
This is an 8* BLOCKBUSTER on the Chicago Bears.

We jumped on this line early and got a very favorable as of writing (+3), but regardless, we love this selection as we expect the home side to find a way to get the job done at the end of the afternoon. Minnesota has won four of five after dropping an awkward one to the 49ers in its opener, while Chicago opened the season 0-3, but has since recovered to win two of its last three and comes in plenty rested after its bye week. For all intents and purposes, this is a "do-or-die" game for the Bears, as a 2-5 record would almost certainly end any hope for a playoff spot for them. And as good as the Vikes have been, it's definitely important to note that QB Teddy Bridgewater has played much better at home than on the road, which means that we'll see a heavy dose of RB Adrian Peterson this afternoon. That however has been one of Chicago's defensive strengths, surprisingly holding its own against the run this year. Minnesota's defense has been pretty consistent, it's ranked seventh in the league in yards allowed, but the Bears' offense has been extremely efficient since QB Jay Cutler returned from injury; don't forget to keep your eyes on RB Matt Forte and WR Alshon Jeffery, both of whom are healthy and who made big impacts in the team's latest victory. We like Cutler over Bridgewater in this one and take note, the Vikes are already 0-1 ATS this year as a road fav of three points or less, while Chicago is 6-5 ATS in its last 11 off a divisional contest. Play on the BEARS.
