This is a 10* Western-Confernce 2nd ROUND TOTAL OF THE YEAR on the UNDER between the San Jose Sharks and the Nashvlle Predators.
The Predators went 2 for 5 on the power play, while also killing off all four of the Sharks chances in Game 3's 4-1 victory on Tuesday. San Jose now leads 2-1 and Nashville will be looking to even it up. Note though that the Predators had gone just 2 for 31 with the man advantage previous to that. It was a rare road loss for San Jose, its first in the playoffs and just second in its last 12 contests since February 27th. The Sharks have a recent history of struggling in Nashville, going 1-6-1 in their last eight there. The Predators though are just 1-6 in their last seven Game 4s and have lost their past five of those at home. San Jose has won three of its last four Game 4s but has dropped four of the last five such road contests. Note that San Jose has already seen the total go UNDER the number in two of three in the playoffs when leading in a series, while Nashville has seen the total go UNDER in ten of 17 this year after a loss by two goals or more. All signs point to a lower-scoring affair in Game 4, play on the UNDER.
