We like the Dallas Stars to defeat the Calgary Flames on Thursday at 9:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

We won with Dallas yesterday against Edmonton. This is another good matchup for it.

The Stars are now 4-1 over their L5 games and are 28-10-3 this season against opponents within the Western Conference.

Calgary is on a four game win streak at the moment. But, it's 17-28-7 as an underdog this year.

The Flames are just 3-6 over their L9 games played on home ice as well.

We think that playing yesterday won't matter and that the Stars will win again.
